How to Stay Focused with Pomodoro
Crafted by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, the Pomodoro Technique is a time management blueprint aiming to boost productivity and minimize distractions by dividing work into manageable time parcels.
This method involves 25-minute work segments, referred to as Pomodoros, each punctuated by a 5-minute break. After 4 Pomodoros, you take a more extended break ranging from 15 to 30 minutes.
By segmenting work into manageable portions, the Pomodoro Technique serves as a shield against procrastination and a buffer against burnout.
